You’ll be driving growth by identifying and scaling new partnerships through outreach. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who thrives on building new relationships, closing deals, and delivering impactful results.

The Affiliates & Partnerships team is one of the biggest user acquisition channels within the Performance Marketing tribe. Our vision is to give partners the opportunity to recommend Wise by creating deals which work for both parties. We do this by setting up referral style partnerships without the need for heavier technical integrations.

The Wise product is multi-functional, yet many people still don’t understand how they are losing out to hidden fees. For this reason your scope of partnership opportunities will be endless. This role plays a key part in driving Wise’s growth by identifying, targeting, and onboarding new partners globally. It involves proactively reaching out to key-decision makers across various industries and convincing them to partner with Wise. You’ll need to be comfortable pitching and negotiating commercial deals.

In addition to managing the full sales-cycle, you will also need to scale the partnerships through campaign management, reporting and forecasting for future growth. To support in your role, you’ll work closely with the Global Partnerships Manager to improve the set up of new partnerships, as well as an embedded analyst to support you in the incremental analysis of partnerships. This role is ideal for candidates with mid level experience (3+ years in relevant roles) who are passionate about unlocking true value through new partnerships. You’ll need to have experience in sales, as well as managing partner relationships.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Proactively build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline, handling business and consumer partnerships from outreach to launch.

  • Research prospective partners, initiate sales conversations, and present strategic plans to effectively target key markets and demographics.

  • Collaborate closely with other teams, such as the referral team and marketing tribe to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.

  • Ensure records of sales activities and client interactions are logged in internal systems. Stay updated on regulations and business requirements.

  • Assist in representing Wise at industry or networking events.

  • Negotiate commercial terms with partners, using models like CPA, fixed fees, CPL, or revenue share.

  • Meet regularly with partners to foster relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

  • Monitor partner performance on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis and provide regular feedback to partners.
