The Partnerships Manager will build and manage affiliate relationships, analyze performance, optimize partnerships, and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand positioning.
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growing international affiliate team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building strategic partnerships, scaling affiliate performance, and driving measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners
- Analyze affiliate performance and identify growth opportunities across sales funnels
- Optimize existing partnerships by collaborating closely with the wider marketing team
- Research, recruit, and negotiate new affiliate partnerships across both established and emerging markets
- Work cross-functionally with PR and Product teams to ensure partners receive the latest product updates, launches, and editorial assets
- Help position our brand as a market leader through strong affiliate collaboration and performance marketing initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including:
- Content Marketing
- SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- Online Advertising
- Hands-on experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and SimilarWeb
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proven experience negotiating commercial terms and managing strategic partnerships
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tableau
- A/B testing experience
- Existing affiliate or industry network
- Affiliate network/platform experience
