The Partnerships Lead role

The key objective for this role is to generate sales through Advisory & GSI/RSI partners to deliver business growth. You will achieve this by:

  • Designing and executing the GTM partnerships strategy.

  • Identifying, onboarding and activating new and existing Advisory and GSI/RSI partnerships to drive innovation and revenue growth.

  • Collaborating with Lights Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to create integrated value propositions with partner organisations that engages & excites clients.

  • Negotiating and managing partner agreements, ensuring the alignment of incentives and measurable outcomes for both organisations.

  • Building executive-level relationships across partner organisations to increase visibility and influence of Light in wider transformation programmes.

  • Collaborating with the wider Light team to deliver training sessions, webinars, product updates and marketing initiatives to drive engagement and uptake of Light within partner organisations.

  • Managing the delivery of QBR and regular review meetings with partner Alliances and Consulting teams to review progress, course correct and drive activation.

  • Owning the tracking, measurement, and reporting of partnership performance.

How you fit into the team

Your main mission is to build the alliance engine that will deliver the next stage of growth. Based in London, working on a hybrid basis this role requires you to work closely with Lights sales and marketing teams to build a compelling narrative for activating Light within Advisory & GSI/RSI firms. We need someone who can help differentiate Light from a crowded partner ecosystem and build relationships that enable long term sustainable sales growth.

Your qualifications could be

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise technologies.

  • Strong network within the UK and European Advisory and GSI/RSI market that can be leveraged to make soft connections and shape partnership opportunities.

  • Excellent communications & stakeholder management skills with demonstrable experience of collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive sales, including QBRs and sales meetings.

  • Experience in building, shaping and evolving alliance partnership strategies as the partnership, market and opportunities dictates.

  • A track record in creating joint solutions / co-selling motions, go-to-market strategies and marketing to enable partner revenue growth.

  • Comfortable with delivering training, product updates and executive briefings to small and large audiences.

  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a growth-oriented mindset.

  • A self-starter, with ability to work individually and in teams, juggling multiple balls at the same time.

  • Ability to provide clear reporting and insights on partnership engagement, sales and risks and provide clear actions on corrective actions needed

Bonus points:

  • You're CPA qualified and have experience within Big4, accounting or in industry.

  • You have prior experience using Sales Automation/Prospecting Tools.

  • You've worked at a fast-growing startup.
