About RudderStack

At RudderStack, we are redefining enterprise-scale data collection and routing. We are building a customer data platform (CDP) on the customer's own data warehouse. Our open-source, developer-first approach is the first of its kind. We understand the outsized impact customer data has on businesses, and we understand the challenges and pain points. We are looking to solve the customer data management problem in enterprises, once and for all, in a secure, compliant and cost-effective way.

RudderStack collects data from 30+ sources, can transform events on the fly, and routes to 150 different marketing, sales, product, analytics applications all with one snippet of code.

We’re backed by Insight Partners, Kleiner Perkins and S28 and have raised a total of $82 million in funding. Our customers include Crate + Barrel, Acorns, PrizePicks, and Cars.com. We process critical customer data for some top companies around the world, and are looking for ambitious individuals to join our team and help shape the future of our product.

About the role

  • We’re looking for a Partnerships & Field Marketing Lead for EMEA to build and execute our regional partner and marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who’s both strategic and execution-oriented comfortable crafting the plan and doing the work.
  • Reporting to the EMEA Director, you’ll be the sole owner of partnerships and field marketing across the region, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive brand visibility, partner engagement, and pipeline growth. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how RudderStack shows up across the modern data stack ecosystem in EMEA.

What you'll do

  • Own the EMEA Partnerships Strategy: Define and execute a regional strategy across technology alliances, cloud partners, consultancies, and system integrators (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, dbt, Fivetran).
  • Develop and Manage Partner Relationships: Build and nurture partnerships that expand RudderStack’s reach, create co-selling opportunities, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Lead Field Marketing Execution: Own all regional field marketing from co-hosted partner events and webinars to localized campaigns and sponsorships that elevate brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align event and partnership activities to regional pipeline goals and strategic priorities.
  • Act as the Face of RudderStack in the Ecosystem: Represent RudderStack at partner and industry events, community forums, and roundtables, strengthening relationships and brand visibility.
  • Build from Scratch: Create the foundational playbook for EMEA partnerships and field marketing, including processes, metrics, and repeatable programs.
  • Measure and Optimize: Track ROI of partner and marketing initiatives, report results, and continuously iterate based on data and feedback.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in partnerships, field marketing, or go-to-market roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, cloud, or data infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to build regional GTM strategies and execute them independently, from idea to measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing partner ecosystems and executing joint field marketing programs that drive awareness and pipeline.
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack ecosystem (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, dbt, Fivetran, Census, Hightouch, etc.).
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating as a team of one in a fast-moving, global startup.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project management skills.
  • Based in EMEA and able to travel periodically for partner and industry events.
