Your Role: Partnership Executive

As a Partnership Executive at Global, you’ll be part of the Partner Management Team, supporting the commercial development and estate management of our 6 sheet and large-format roadside business. You’ll have a varied role with the chance to collaborate across departments, engage with landlords and partners, and grow your commercial acumen.

As a Partnership Executive at Global, You Will:

Contract Negotiations (30%): Draft contractual agreements, liaise with the Partnerships and Legal teams, and ensure timely and accurate processing of documents.

Landlord Relations (40%): Communicate with landlords to resolve disputes, respond to queries, and maintain positive relationships.

• Administrative & Stakeholder Support (30%): Collaborate with the Regional Operations Team to help resolve site issues, work with Legal on commercial contract matters, and ensure all required information is accurately passed on to Admin and Finance for processing and compliance.

Communication Skills: Clear and confident communication with both internal and external stakeholders

Attention to Detail: Accuracy when managing data, contracts, and financial information

Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive approach to resolving issues and disputes

Customer Focus: Background in customer service or administration, with a professional and approachable manner

Adaptability: Comfortable handling evolving priorities and challenges

Building Trust: Creating and maintaining strong relationships with several different internal stake holder
