ROLE SUMMARY
The Partnerships Executive plays a key role within the tms UK Partnerships team, while also serving as an extended member of the Hilton marketing team. This position focuses on supporting the development and execution of partnerships in the Hilton Honors loyalty scheme, across key markets in the EMEA region.
Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager at tms you will collaborate closely with Hilton's internal teams to identify, negotiate, and launch strategic partnerships. Additionally you will manage existing partnerships, overseeing promotional campaigns, and ensuring partner objectives align with Hilton Honors' strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Partnership Development & Execution:

  • Identify prospective partners across various categories and conduct desk research.
  • Support end-to-end discussions with potential partners, from initial outreach to contract finalization.
  • Assist in business case development and oversee the partnership launch process, including coordination with Hilton's Tech/IT teams.


Manage Existing Partnerships:

  • Be the day-to-day contact for partners, managing queries and requests.
  • Oversee the annual partnership calendar, ensuring offers and promotions align with both partner and Hilton objectives.
  • Coordinate with Hilton's internal teams to ensure seamless execution and launch of promotional campaigns.
  • Work with the Hilton Analytics team to track and report on partnership and promotion performance.


Industry Awareness & Relationship Building:

  • Stay informed about industry trends in partnerships and loyalty, sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Represent Hilton and tms in meetings with prospective and existing partners.
  • Willingness to travel to Hilton's Watford office (3 days/week) and attend external partner meetings as needed.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
Essential:

  • Experience in a marketing, partnerships, or account management role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).


Desirable:

  • Previous experience working in hospitality, travel, or loyalty marketing.
  • Agency or client-side experience managing partnerships.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing promotions and offers.
  • Willingness to travel for external meetings and partner relationship-building.


WORKING ARRANGEMENTS:
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in Hilton's Watford office, 1 day per month at tms London office.
Travel: Potential travel required for partner meetings and events.
