Role Overview

We’re looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our Business Development Team and be the face of the brand. This hybrid role is based at our Fulham office, offering the opportunity to work with a highly motivated and high-performing team while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own schedule. You will engage with personal trainers, doctors, nutritionists, and corporate clients across London, while participating in workouts, events, and data-driven decision-making.

Reporting to: Regional Business Development Manager 

Main Responsibilities

  • Brand Presence and Relationship Building: Increase the brand presence and drive sales growth by attending workouts, meetings, and events. Build and nurture relationships with gym owners, personal trainers, sports coaches, doctors, nutritionists, and corporate clients.
  • Account Management: Actively manage accounts, including high-profile clients such as Soho House, Gymbox, Goldman Sachs, and Peloton, ensuring sustained engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Contribution: Provide insights and feedback to optimise strategies, enhance performance, and drive measurable results.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in planning and executing events, pop-ups, and brand experiences to deepen community relationships and elevate brand visibility.
  • Schedule Autonomy and Reporting: Manage your own schedule, providing regular updates and progress reports to the Business Development Manager.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build authentic relationships.
  • Strategic prospecting and objection-handling abilities.
  • Confidence, resilience, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised, with a passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
  • Experience in sales or retail is essential; nutrition knowledge is a bonus.
