Job Description
The Role:
Partners are a cornerstone of Xapien’s growth strategy. Our partnership ecosystem spans leading due diligence and risk intelligence firms, strategic data partners, RegTech/FinTech software companies, and global professional services firms. We are looking for an experienced Partnership Enablement Manager to develop and execute strategies to maximize our partners’ success and the value they generate through Xapien’s AI-powered due diligence platform.
Here’s what you will be responsible for:
Partner Programme Development
- Design and implement comprehensive partner enablement programmes to drive adoption and revenue growth
- Design and deliver tailored onboarding programmes for partners
- Create and maintain partner training materials, sales tools, and technical documentation
- Stay up to date with product updates and translate them into partner-focused enablement content
Training & Education
- Deliver training sessions on Xapien’s platform, features and value proposition
- Create engaging content for partner education including webinars, workshops, and documentation
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to help partners succeed
Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create co-branded materials, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
- Ensure partners are effectively positioned to generate leads and close deals
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, and ROI tools
- Support partners in complex sales situations and technical discussions
Program Management
- Track and report on partner program metrics and KPIs
- Manage partner onboarding processes and ensure smooth deployment
- Identify opportunities for program improvement and optimization
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner enablement queries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues and concerns
Qualifications
Your skills & experience:
- Proficiency in partner enablement, channel management, or similar role
- Experience creating training materials and delivering partner education programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise software sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Background in compliance, due diligence, or risk management is a plus

Salary: up to £75,000 + bonus + equity (dependent on experience)
