About us

LoyaltyLion is the leading loyalty and engagement platform trusted by thousands of ecommerce brands worldwide.

It’s been an incredible few years for LoyaltyLion. We’ve closed $22m in funding; built out our Leadership team; achieved spots in both the Deloitte Fast 50 and the FT1000 and at the start of this year we were named no.1 in loyalty management worldwide by G2 and voted the 8th best software company in the UK

We’re already the No.1 loyalty platform worldwide (G2) and trusted by more $10m+ brands on Shopify than any other loyalty specialist (including brands with over $1b), meaning we're uniquely well placed to deliver value to our Partners and increase revenue growth from this channel. This makes Partnerships a key board level initiative for LoyaltyLion.

Partnerships has always been a key part of our GTM motion and to date, it’s how we’ve acquired some of our most notable clients; launched wide reaching co-marketing initiatives and built deep technical integrations with other market leaders. With this foundation, we see significant growth potential. Now is the time to invest in and expand.

Your role will be to capitalise on the Partnerships we have built to date whilst shaping and expanding Partnerships to deliver the maximum revenue return. There are over 1,000 agencies worldwide, and so far we have built relationships with fewer than 100, so the growth opportunity is huge.

You will start with three reports (Senior Partnerships Manager and two Partnerships Executives) and there is additional investment set aside for you to unlock as you prove the returns. You will report to the CRO and have the full support of the CEO. By the end of 2026, we expect Partnerships to deliver at least 25% of our new business revenue.

Role description

- Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for managing the Partnership Department and delivering its revenue target
- You will be working closely with the other GTM department leaders in Sales, Marketing and RevOps
- In 2025, your department will include three direct reports and benefit from the support of a Partner Marketer, a CRM lead, and our Chief Product Officer for Technology Partnerships
- Evolve and execute Partnership strategy, learning and iterating as you build
- Lead by example, identifying opportunities to build and develop agency relationships that drive agency referrals for our inside sales team to close
- Work with RevOps to deliver weekly and monthly reporting, assessing the pipeline of your business and forecasting to the executive team
- Track ROI on investments and make strategic decisions, such as when to scale your team and the marketing resources needed
- You will have a high degree of autonomy and the support of the CRO

Must haves

- 5+ years Partnerships experience in ecommerce. This could be in Technology or Agency partnerships, or your own start-up in ecommerce
- Held a lead Partnerships role (team lead, head of, director)
- Proven experience scaling revenue via Partnerships in a management role
- Proven track record of building and developing high performance teams
- A background in high-velocity SaaS organisations (ACV circa £10k)
- Experience setting strategies with corresponding plans to achieve them
- Experience connecting Partnerships into other GTM functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product)
- Experience balancing the time, energy and investment required to develop new agency relationships while strengthening existing ones
- Previously held a revenue closing role (AE, AM or equivalent)
- You communicate clearly and unambiguously. Those listening understand your objectives and can take action without uncertainty

More about what we want

- A passion for operations and efficiency - always probing as to whether something could be done better, or friction could be removed
- An excellent communicator - able to take senior stakeholders or board members on a journey to unlock additional investment for new channels or technologies
- An analytical mindset - able to read, analyse and understand the story behind the data and take action and understand/report impact quickly as a result
- Team player who enjoys working with other functions such as Sales, Marketing and RevOps to achieve your business objectives
- Inquisitive - seeks feedback and learnings from other teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure the right messages are being used within lead gen activity

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
