The Role..

Step into a fast‑paced, creative role where no two days look the same. As part of our global Partnerships team, we are looking for a Partnerships Coordinator who will be pivotal in helping deliver standout events, seamless brand activations and best‑in‑class client experiences across the Houses. You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving, coordinating partners, shaping the details, supporting the team and making sure every collaboration feels effortless and on‑brand.

If you love bringing ideas to life, thrive in a busy environment and enjoy working with people just as much as you enjoy getting the details right, this is a role where you’ll make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities..

  • Support the Soho House Partnerships team across UK, EU and Asia on marketing and commercial partnerships, including sponsored events, content and product placement.
  • Work with the Partnership team to fulfil all contracted partnership activations, including event listings, event management, content and client relations.
  • Coordinate, collate for review and respond to all partner enquiries received internally, via members and LinkedIn.
  • Support Partnership Manager on tracking of all brand partner comms and reporting
  • Oversee and manage partnership deliverables such as Menus, event branding, guestlists and logistics
  • Support with team admin including management of folders, invoicing and travel requests
  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
  • Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
  • Be a people person and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist partners with hospitality requests such as restaurant and room bookings
  • Monitor and manage all monthly communications to ensure correct brand placement
  • Write photo briefs and edit & archive event photography
  • Attend partner-sponsored events to oversee the smooth running and delivery

What We Are Looking For..

  • This is a junior role requiring 2-3 years agency, in-house or freelance marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Google slides, Microsoft Office and CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and projects
  • Proficiency in a second language a bonus, but not a requirement
  • The role requires a fast learner with strong organisational skills, a person who is deadline driven and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding and experience of event curation and production would be useful but not essential.

Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks. Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to grow your career.
