The role

The Partnerships Account Manager will be responsible for managing some of our key IAR/AR partners in PSC and APC lines to deliver revenue contribution and growth. You will be optimising the accounts and performance via detailed analysis and identifying trends, communicating the partners’ own strategy clearly and aligning it with our own, seeking out any and every opportunity to further develop the proposition in order to enable performance optimisation and growth with both our existing partners and potential prospects.

The role is incredibly varied working across operations, underwriting, marketing, finance and compliance with a focus across account/relationship management, analytics, development and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver Partnership GWP targets and contribution to Direct and Partnerships growth

· Develop strategic plans for each partner, articulating where both parties’ independent strategies cross over and where this creates opportunity for success.

· Manage partner budgets and financial targets in line with internal measures and KPIs

· The production, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics to both internal/external stakeholders, identifying trends and proposed activity as a result.

· Manage all partner meetings and engagements with well planned, structured, and documented deliverables.

· Work with the Partnerships Marketing Executive to ensure marketing plans are effectively delivered and reflect our unique insight into our partner organisations.

· Service Centre engagement – focus on supporting our Service Centre and raising partnerships profile with our teams in the CEC, ensuring IEs are always informed of partner updates and partnerships kept front of mind, to help optimise performance

· Stakeholder Mapping – obtain and outline personnel, roles, responsibilities and develop strong relationships with both partners and internal stakeholders, to set objectives and manage day to day interactions and resolve problems

· Governance framework – Review contractual agreements with partners and ensure a suitable internal governance framework is designed, maintained, and refreshed and shared with key stakeholders.

· Lead on Compliance, continually review and monitor controls and manage Partnership conduct risk and ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly/annual regulatory reporting.

· Support with any new prospective partnership opportunities; develop business cases and manage partner on-boarding and contract processes.

· Strong organisation, prioritisation, data and presentation skills
