We’re recruiting a talented Partnership Manager to join our Brand Marketing team. In this key role, you’ll report to our Brand Marketing Director to support Moonpig’s continued growth by defining Partnerships strategy that delivers brand reach and engages new and existing audiences with relevant campaigns, communications and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a partnerships plan that delivers brand reach and fame, customer engagement opportunities and supports the strategic campaign focus for Moonpig UK
  • Build and nurture relationships across external partners and internal teams, working with key stakeholders to maximise each opportunity and champion partnerships within Moonpig 
  • Develop commercially-driven communications plans for established supplier and licensor partners, including paid retail media
  • Manage partnership marketing opportunities from strategic planning through to negotiation, contracting and implementation, delivering results for all parties
  • Develop a commercial model and a reporting process that facilitates easy partner implementation and long term relationships
  • Work collaboratively with international teams to share opportunities and support initiatives.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you:

  • Previous experience in a brand or strategic marketing role, ideally gained in retail/ e-commerce or partnerships agency
  • Ensure robust processes, clear communication and reporting to support partnerships activation and stakeholder management
  • A proven track record of building & nurturing strong relationships with external partners from the ground up and achieving new customer acquisition and commercial success in partnership activities
  • Understanding of shopper marketing, loyalty propositions and brand collaborations ideal but not essential
  • An energetic self-starter, with the drive to push boundaries Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Creative and can bring new innovative ideas to Moonpig’s partnerships approach and the wider Marketing team
  • Strong account management, organisation and planning skills
  • Brilliant problem-solving skills
