Fospha is the marketing measurement platform for eCommerce brands. We have found product/market fit in the last two years and quickly become the market leader for measurement in EMEA. We are the only business of our type to be a certified partner of Meta, TikTok and Snap, and have worked with those customers to drive massive growth and value for both sides over the last 12 months. 

This is a hugely exciting time to join Fospha. To fuel our growth in EMEA we have built a world-class content machine, leaning heavily on our highly engaged customer and partner base to create a stream of case studies and research reports. We also have a strong lead pipeline through our partners. To make the most of this opportunity we are looking for a proactive and ambitious Partnership Executive. As a Partnership Executive at Fospha you will be pivotal in driving our growth strategy by managing and enhancing our relationships with Fospha’s key strategic partners.

The Role

This role is a huge opportunity to develop your skills and career in the engine room of a rapidly growing business. Working with a mix of people and an exciting product, you will be crucial to delivering success to Fospha’s customers and partners that will ultimately guarantee our future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners’ sales teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment on objectives and strategies. Manage communications across preferred platforms to maintain engagement and momentum.
  • Education and Enablement: Educate partner teams on the advantages of using Fospha’s measurement solutions. Develop and deliver training sessions, working with the US Partnerships Lead to share success stories and provide updates to enhance understanding and support of Fospha’s products.
  • Sales Support: Assist with managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through to onboarding. Support the sales team by coordinating with partners on client engagements, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment throughout the sales process.
  • Build relationships and socialize: Maintain a cadence of in person events with partners to strengthen your relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on partnership performance. Facilitate regular update meetings and create reports that highlight successes and areas for improvement.

Professional Requirements

This is a graduate role, no professional experience is necessary but relevant work experience, internships or placements would be a beneficial. The following skills will stand you in good stead for success at this role:

  • Collaboration: You like working with others and are capable of fostering strong partnerships.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating across teams and ensuring all partners are aligned with our objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle inquiries and potential issues with effective solutions, providing timely responses when additional information is needed.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and event planning skills, with a proven ability to manage schedules and coordinate events effectively.
  • Analysis: Although this isn’t primarily a data role, you should be comfortable with MS Excel and willing to develop your data analysis skills where necessary to support your partners.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where needs and priorities may shift rapidly.

Working location

The Fospha UK team is based at the Scale Space tech campus in West London - where you can partake in a full social calendar of community events & classes. Whilst at Fospha we pride ourselves on flexibility (accommodating hours and personal circumstances), we are an office-first company with a minimum 4 day/week office policy (5 during probation). In our experience this is the best way to get new joiners get up to speed quickly, benefiting from in-person learning, collaboration and social interactions!
