Lead a team of Partner Success Managers, provide coaching, monitor performance, develop strategies for growth, and ensure CRM best practices are maintained.

Leading a team of Partner Success Managers guiding, coaching and mentoring and ensuring we deliver outstanding Partner experiences, success and results.
You will be responsible for the successful growth, support, coaching and development of the team. You’ll develop plans with each team member to help deliver against key metrics including upgrade revenue and gross retention.
What you’ll do
- Team Leadership: Monitor and coach team members, feeding back to the team to support their continuing development and ensure all are adopting best practice to support repeatable activities.
- Performance Management: Set clear goals and expectations as part of performance reviews, and provide ongoing performance feedback throughout the year. Drive performance, culture, and an inspiring environment.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the Head of Partner Success to plan, forecast and execute on the Partner Success strategic plan. Work closely with the sales leaders to support and execute initiatives and provide updates at sales leadership meetings as necessary.
- Sales Enablement: Work with team members to ensure up to date product knowledge including any training that may be required. Work with the Partner Success Managers to develop best practice/s to identify and sell value proposition to partners to grow subscribers
- Data Hygiene: Ensure CRM discipline within the team to ensure data health hygiene with all opportunities and customer communications recorded.
- Cross Collaboration: Drive collaboration with other partner resources such as PC team, Education, Marketing, Operations.
- Pipeline Management: Drive activities to increase cross-sell, upsell and retention techniques to accelerate revenue growth and deeper partner adoption of Xero solutions. Monitor organization's progress through the sales cycle.
