The role & impact

As a Partner Success Manager, you will work closely with accounting and bookkeeping firms to help them grow their revenue and improve their practice workflows. You will guide our most valued partners in adopting the full range of Xero solutions, ensuring their clients are using the most suitable subscriptions to thrive in a digital economy.

Your influence will be felt through the sustainable growth and retention of these partnerships. By providing best practice recommendations and identifying expansion opportunities, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping to build a stronger economy by empowering the small business community.

The team & how they connect

You will be part of a collaborative team that works alongside Partner Consultants to deliver individual and territory goals. This group focuses on service excellence and proactive client management, sharing feedback from the field to help refine our products and resources.

The team is currently working on

  • Strengthening the Xero value proposition to reduce churn and mitigate deletion risks within your portfolio.

  • Educating partners on available resources and ensuring their teams remain certified through webinars and training events.

  • Developing migration and initiation plans for customers moving to new subscriptions or upgrades.

  • Implementing customer programs and deployment blueprints to help firms use Xero products more effectively.

  • You possess outstanding communication skills and enjoy presenting to and educating others.

  • Your background includes managing clients within a technology company and using Salesforce CRM to track progress.

  • You demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to strategise growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
