About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Partner Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for playing a key role in building strong relationships with our MSP partners across the Nordic region. If this sound like you, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of MSP clients, ensuring they achieve optimal value from our platform

  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning them with inforcer’s solutions

  • Collaborate closely with the Implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding

  • Champion the voice of the customer internally, relaying insights and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help improve our platform

  • Use data and account health indicators to proactively engage with clients, identify risks and drive adoption

  • Help clients get the most from the platform by developing and guiding account plans aligned with their objectives

  • Cross collaborates with Sales, Support, Product and Marketing to deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience

  • Support customer adoption and retention with workshops and training, both in person and virtually

Skills We Need for This Role

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success or a similar client-facing role in the SaaS or cybersecurity industry

  • Commercially minded with confidence in identifying growth and renewal opportunities

  • Highly organised and self-driven, capable of managing multiple client relationships at once

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and working across teams
