About the Role

As the first Partner Solutions Engineer in EMEA, you will build and scale Omni's partner relationships across the region, working hand-in-hand with our Head of EMEA Partnerships. You'll build deep and impactful technical go to market motions with ISV and consulting partners and craft compelling joint narratives and technical points of view. You'll balance partner enablement and training with new partner outreach and relationship building, helping shape both our product and partner strategy around new and existing opportunities.

You will:
  • Enable and train partners on the Omni platform through hands-on development sessions, technical workshops, and ongoing enablement programs

  • Build and manage relationships with your technical counterparts, uncovering new opportunities to drive joint value and keeping Omni top of mind among fellow sales engineers, sales architects, and field CTOs

  • Develop customized demonstrations and prototypes that showcase Omni's value for partner-led opportunities across the most relevant industries and use cases

  • Lead partner evaluations with technical stakeholders, ensuring partners understand Omni’s value compared to competitors and can articulate business outcomes within their customers' data ecosystems

  • Build scalable partner enablement assets including training materials, technical documentation, and best practices for partners and customers

  • Enable internal teams on partner offerings and technologies

  • Advocate for partners internally, providing feedback to Product, Design, and Engineering teams about partner and customer needs from the field

  • Report into the global Solutions Engineering organization while being incentivized and aligned to partnership goals.

About you:
  • 5+ years experience in technical solutions consulting roles, with experience in partnerships strongly preferred

  • Prior experience working in BI, analytics, and/or semantic layers

  • Strong SQL skills, using SQL for analytics work

  • Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with ability to deliver presentations and demos to senior stakeholders

  • Passionate about working with data and extracting valuable insights

  • Love learning and teaching others, with patience and creativity in developing partner expertise

  • Ability to travel up to 25% within EMEA*
