· Innovating: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy, including automation opportunities within NetSuite and complementary third‑party platforms.

· Championing Diversity and Sustainability: Support and promote diversity and sustainability initiatives through partner programmes where applicable.

· Quoting: Create accurate, validated, and commercially aligned quotations—including new support services, renewals, and relevant partner offerings—ensuring alignment with vendor pricing structures and internal commercial guidelines.

· Commercial Data & Insight: Interpret data and trends to support pricing decisions, opportunity qualification, and commercial insights that strengthen partner alignment.

· Order Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of partner orders—from initial request through to completion—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established processes.

· Partner Coordination: Communicate directly with partners to clarify requirements, provide updates, resolve queries, and maintain strong working relationships.

Requirements

· Industry Experience: Proven experience in a sales admin or commercial role within the Technology industry, specifically the IT Channel. Ideally, experience should be within a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment with an international presence.

· Complex Sales Cycles: Experience in managing complex sales cycles and delivering outstanding customer service.

· Partner Relationships: Proven ability to effectively build and maintain partner relationships.

· Attention to Detail: Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for numbers.

· Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
