•    The Channel Director role is focused primarily in driving indirect sales (channel account managers and System Integrators, Alliance managers). This position will be quota carrying. You will be required to develop business/territory plan, present to senior management and execute the plan. Interpersonal skills, indirect sales and collaborative sales approach are critical to responding to daily channel-centric activities. 
•    You will make sure partners projections are accurate, leads are followed up, promotions and incentives are executed, and customers are satisfied.
•    Maintaining partner competence through certifications and training
•    Identifying and resolving partner performance and participation issues before they impact vendor
•    You will be responsible for recruiting the right partners with specific expertise and market coverage required by the vendor’s go-to-market strategy
•    Ensuring that partners know how to do business with the vendor, including proficient use of the vendor’s tools
•    Build and maintain relationships with all key partner contacts. 
•    Be a single point of contact for channel escalations and be the channel champion within AVEVA. 
•    Work with cross functional teams (internal and external) to ensure timely resolution of the partners escalations and issues involving many different internal teams. 
•    Conduct regular cadence review with partner and Aveva. 
•    Assist partners in developing business plans. 
•    When required or requested, Channel Director go on customer site visits to solve the business issues
•    In this position you will be required to perform channel governance and build new territories as well as making sure partners will embrace Aveva’s strategy.

Hybrid working
