About the role:

The Partner Sales Manager position is a leadership role that will help define and shape the next stage of Kong’s GTM partner channel. Focus will be on driving incremental revenue via the full partner ecosystem (channel, technology, GSI, and Cloud partners).

What you'll be doing:

  • Tightly align with the regional VP and Regional Directors on strategy, execution and GTM plans​, this role has ownership across EMEA, for all Commercial accounts.

  • Ensure successful partner coverage that supports the Field Sales Team’s initiatives and success, driving incremental revenue.

  • Identify key GTM partners for the Commercial business (ISV’s, S.I’s, Hyper-scalers, VAR’s)

  • Train, enable & continuously support our partners, in-person enablement will be prioritized

  • Continual review of the GTM strategy to address market and industry changes

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals

  • Experience driving GTM activities across all partner types (Channel, Tech, Cloud, GSIs)

  • Existing relationships with key partners

  • Passion for driving net new, sourced business via the partners

  • Successful execution in a multi-task, high velocity environment

  • Strong communication skills
