The Partner Sales Account Manager role focuses on driving business growth through strategic partnership development and management across global markets, with a particular emphasis on the UK/EU region. This role combines new business acquisition with proactive account management to maximise partner performance and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Through consultative outreach, tailored partnership programs, and ongoing relationship optimisation, this role supports Eightcap's mission to deliver innovative trading solutions and exceptional partner experiences.

Responsibilities;

  • Partnership Acquisition & Development by driving partnership growth through proactive outreach, including phone calls, video calls, and emails, targeting businesses such as high-net-worth influencers, educational platforms, introducing brokers, money managers, and online review sites across global markets.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise existing partner performance through regular reviews, data analysis, and strategic recommendations to maximise revenue and trading volumes.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to understand their business objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities, providing tailored solutions and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including marketing, operations, compliance, and product teams to deliver seamless partner experiences.
  • Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with key partners by organizing tailored campaigns and programme metrics that align with their goals and business objectives.
  • Design and execute partner-specific growth initiatives, promotions, and incentive programs to drive engagement and performance.
  • Represent Eightcap at leading global Forex expos and industry events, with opportunities for overseas travel to strengthen relationships and source new partnership opportunities.
  • Play an active role in the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Partners business, contributing ideas and solutions to drive growth and improve partner satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all partnership activities align with regulatory policies and internal guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of business conduct.
  • Prepare regular reports on partner performance, pipeline development, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to sales forecasting.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or at least 1 year experience in financial markets and 1 year in sales/account management
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
  • Excellent skills in rapport building and maintaining long term relationships
  • A strong passion to work with clients in a professional manner, and provide outstanding customer service
  • High attention to detail, with an ability to meet and maintain regulatory compliance standards
  • Thrive in a target driven, fast paced environment, and be able to consistently meet and exceed KPIs
  • Possess a can-do attitude and be willing to contribute to team success
