Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Sales Account Manager (PSAM) to support Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in building and selling well-architected applications on Intel-based platforms and hardware.

The primary focus of this role is to oversee and coordinate technical enablement and sales of software leveraging specific Intel features that differentiate our offerings from the competition, new instruction sets, Intel optimized frameworks and others. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience with enabling and sales of software solutions, coupled with a strong background in partner business development and technical sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing technical enablement strategies, using Intel network to solve complex technical challenges, lead go-to-market and sales programs to deliver value to our ISV partners and Intel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional virtual teams, managing diverse priorities and building technical solutions and collaborative programs. Your thought leadership and confident communication will be crucial as you engage in conversations with both leaders and developers, providing insights and guidance on leveraging Intel's advanced features. A deep understanding of the open-source ecosystem and community, with a proven track record of engaging with key ecosystem vendors such as Canonical, VMware or Accenture, is essential. Additionally, you should have extensive experience in the software and SaaS industry, cloud models, container service offerings and AI application software stacks.

As a Partner Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Intel technologies within the community of software vendors. Your ability to navigate complex technical and commercial landscapes, coupled with your strategic vision and collaborative approach, will enable you to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our partners and Intel.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably) in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or Software Engineering.

  • Several years' experience in product/technical program management, technical architectures, hardware and software solution consulting, software development, and technical sales.

  • Documented experience with Operating System Vendors (OSVs).

  • Experience in managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

  • Experienced and keen public speaker, expected to represent Intel in partner events delivering solution talks and technical break-out sessions.

  • Excellent written and spoken English; ideally, native German language skills.

Intel will consider qualified candidates beyond the primary location.

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
