Lytx is seeking a dynamic marketer to contribute to the growth and development of our channel in EMEA. Reporting into the Director of Partner Marketing and working closely with the Sr. Manager of Partner Marketing for EMEA, the Partner Marketing Specialist will leverage their skills and proficiency in English and German to execute programmes that enhance Lytx’s strategic channel partner relationships, focusing on Telematics, Telecommunications and Fleet Management Companies. This role is pivotal in managing and executing enablement activities, initiating onsite engagement events and driving the activation of selling and marketing tools in order to empower our strategic channel partners to effectively position and sell Lytx solutions to their customers.

You’ll Get To:

  • Support the growth and development of channel partners in EMEA by working cross-functionally to develop channel content and communications, as well as execute strategic marketing campaigns focused on sales enablement

  • Ensure that channel partners and resellers have the necessary information and tools in English and German to effectively market and communicate the value of Lytx solutions to their customers

  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns, activating local messaging for lead generation and awareness while identifying opportunities to promote and influence video

  • Develop and execute programs to assist and/or incentivize channel partners and referral resellers in the delivery of Lytx products, solutions and services

  • Support partner and market growth by delivering KPIs in field marketing, scaling activation efforts and promoting market-focused messaging

  • Participate in local shows and events, promoting results through relevant KPIs and performance metrics

  • Willing to travel up to 25%

  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in German and English

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or related field

  • 3+ years of hands-on channel marketing experience working with resellers

  • Experience in field marketing, campaign management, event execution, and developing scalable sales tools

  • Strong attention to detail and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time

  • The ability to draw insights from data and reporting, making recommendations and proposing optimisations

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for working cross-functionally and engaging with partners effectively

  • Strong cultural fit within an organisation that values of innovation, collaboration and quality of execution

  • Curiosity for emerging high-tech trends (such as AI, IoT) with the ability to translate their implementation into language understandable by non-technical audiences
