  • Work with internal stakeholders to source, localise and launch one to two relevant EMEA campaigns per quarter.
  • Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver campaigns that support adoption and active usage goals.
  • Monitor campaign and platform engagement, reporting on performance and recommendations.

Strategic partner events

  • Provide operational, logistics and execution support for high-profile partner conferences, trade shows and industry events.
  • Coordinate key event activities, stakeholder communications, materials and partner presence.
  • Support post-event follow-up, reporting and process improvements.

Higher Education Leader Series

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of a Higher Education event portfolio.
  • Lead attendee communications, including invitations, RSVP templates and registration journeys.
  • Maintain accurate registration tracking and provide regular internal updates.
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc programme coordination where needed.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Exposure to managing marketing investment, co-marketing budgets, MDF or similar partner funding programmes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines independently.
  • Experience coordinating regional or multi-market marketing campaigns, including localisation and performance reporting.
  • Confidence working with agencies, external partners and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting events, conferences or executive engagement programmes.
