By working closely with both local and central teams, you will ensure alignment between global and regional partner marketing activities while fostering strong relationships with strategic partners.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies in collaboration with the Partnerships Team to drive partner acquisition and generate partner-qualified leads (PQLs).
  • Coordinate and manage partner marketing activities across both central and local teams, ensuring alignment with regional market needs.
  • Run enablement sessions for local marketing teams on partnership marketing, including best practices, strategy differences, and campaign execution.
  • Manage T1 “White Glove” partner programs with a focus on high-touch, strategic partnerships that drive high-impact results.
  • Build and maintain enablement materials (internally and externally) to ensure partners are equipped with the right tools and assets to effectively promote our products.
  • Support the acquisition of new partners through targeted marketing activities and campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Organize and manage events, conferences, webinars, industry fairs, thought leadership sessions, and other initiatives to drive brand awareness and partner engagement.
  • Recruit and collaborate with thought leaders to contribute to thought leadership content and drive innovation in marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a central repository for scaling partner marketing efforts, particularly for lower-tier partners, to ensure efficient growth.
  • Track and report on partner marketing performance, ensuring campaigns and initiatives contribute to the overall business pipeline and partner success.

KPIs:

  • Successful execution of partner acquisition strategies that lead to measurable increases in partner-generated revenue and pipeline.
  • Effective management of T1 partner programs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maximization of partner value.
  • High partner engagement rates and successful enablement of local marketing teams to implement partner strategies.
  • Successful execution of marketing events and campaigns that generate awareness, lead opportunities, and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Achievement of partner marketing targets related to pipeline generation, lead qualification, and partner growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in International Partner Marketing, with a strong focus on both field marketing and partner enablement.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), with proficiency in at least one or two additional languages such as German, Dutch, French, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders across Europe, both internally (sales, product, marketing) and externally (partners).
  • Strong network within the HR and EdTech industries, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and trends.
  • CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) with a data-driven mindset to assess campaign performance and make strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and executing high-impact events like conferences, industry fairs, webinars, and thought leadership sessions.
  • Ability to create and implement strategic marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and partner success.
  • Comfortable with international travel (30–40% of the time).
