Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing co-marketing strategies jointly with partners to drive awareness, interest and consideration for TraceLink solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing with a focus on partner marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive co-marketing strategies with partners to drive demand and pipeline.

  • Collaborate with Channels & Alliances team, Sales, and marketing teams to design  quarterly campaigns, and programs, and develop co-branded marketing materials.

  • Successfully execute partner marketing programs such as joint webinars, regional events and digital campaigns from end-to-end, working with multiple stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.

  • Track and analyze the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with partners to develop case studies, success stories, and testimonials that highlight the value of TraceLink's solutions.

  • Develop and maintain partner marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and other materials.

  • Support the planning and execution of partner events, including FutureLink and other industry conferences.

  • Collaborate with the corporate communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning in all partner-related communications.

  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related role within B2B software, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or supply chain.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Experience in the life sciences, healthcare, or supply chain industry is a plus.
