So, what's the role all about?

As part of the Marketing team, you'll be part of a rewarding and hard-working culture that brings creativity, passion, and fun to their work. The International Partner Marketing Manager will report in the interim to the Vice President of International Marketing. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and driving partner demand generation campaigns across the International space, aligning with sales region's growth objectives and collaborating closely with the local partner community. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, including the partner organization, sales leadership, the marketing teams, and your local partners. 

You will strategically develop and execute Area partner marketing initiatives, oversee the local strategic partner community, scale partner activation through centralized programs, and design signature in-country programs that support local priorities. 

How will you make an impact? 

  • Adapt global strategies, campaigns, and assets to suit regional markets and partners, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends, product launches, and partner priorities in the marketing calendar. 
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across disciplines such as Partner Marketing, PR, Media, and Product Marketing to ensure a unified and impactful execution strategy. 
  • Organize and track the Partner Planner board with a view on all activities and calendar events.  
  • Analyze customer feedback, ratings, reviews, and market insights to enhance marketing investments, execution, and identify innovation opportunities for maximum business impact. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and corporate marketing, to drive integrated marketing campaigns tailored for partners to repurpose. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in field marketing and lead generation to drive innovation and competitive advantage. 
  • Plan and control the EMEA partner marketing budget working with procurement and finance to ensure 100% accurate budget management.
