About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading company with ambitious growth plans to help build the Channel Sales program in EMEA. As Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing and executing marketing strategies that drive joint success with our partners with strong collaboration with the Channel Sales team. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with strategic partners, creating co-marketing programs, and enabling partners with the tools and resources they need to generate demand and accelerate revenue.

You will work closely with Channel Sales, Demand Generation, and Communications teams to ensure alignment between partner initiatives and overall business objectives. Expect daily interaction with partners and internal stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on partner enablement, demand generation, and joint go-to-market campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partner marketing plans aligned with regional and global business objectives.
  • Build joint go-to-market programs with strategic partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Social media capability –create and publish LinkedIn and social content, video editing capabilities
  • Generate social content at partner events
  • Manage co-marketing campaigns, including digital programs, events, webinars, and content syndication.
  • Create partner-specific collateral and enablement tools to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Optimize partner engagement by collaborating with Channel Sales and Demand Generation teams.
  • Track and report on partner marketing performance, including ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Support partner onboarding and training with marketing resources and best practices.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify partner growth opportunities.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years’ experience in partner or channel marketing within a B2B technology environment.
  • Experience establishing a Partner Marketing function a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, co-marketing programs, and MDF (Market Development Funds) management.
  • Proven ability to develop joint go-to-market strategies and execute integrated campaigns with partners.
  • Experience utilising AI for social content
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, 6Sense) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Business degree or equivalent in Marketing.
  • Ability to create partner-focused content and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for partner events and meetings.
