The team

As a marketing team, our job is to deliver best in class communications and frictionless customer journeys. We think creatively about how to have valuable conversations with our customers and make sure they understand our products.

You’ll join a dynamic, fast paced innovative team, made up of enthusiastic and experienced marketers. You’ll help us drive leads and revenue for the business through campaigns to prospects and customers.

What you’ll be doing

As Partner Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering marketing strategy in collaboration with our partners. You'll be driving top-of-funnel expansion through innovative campaigns, channel development, content strategy and product performance ownership.

  • Lead Generation & Acquisition: Maximise lead generation performance across Liberis’ global partner portfolio, constantly optimising for volume and quality.
  • Campaign & Channel Growth: Develop robust, data-backed campaign strategies. Relentlessly test and open new channels to strategically expand our market reach and acquisition footprint.
  • Product Performance Ownership: Take full responsibility for the marketing performance of assigned product lines, ensuring all delivery hits against agreed commercial and operational KPIs.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute high-impact initiatives that unlock significant growth, including critical sales enablement and partner activation projects.
  • Content Planning Leadership: Lead the structured, quarterly content planning cycles, consolidating valuable learnings and data from previous campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with sales, partnerships, and senior marketing colleagues to ensure perfect alignment and effective, unified execution of all growth initiatives.

What we think you’ll need

  • Ideally you have an agency background and are looking to transition to an in-house role, where your executional excellence will be focused on a single, high-growth brand.
  • Alternatively, proven experience thriving within a scale-up technology or Fintech environment is highly valued.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns at a time.
  • Great presentation and storytelling skills. Influencing both partners and internal stakeholders is a big part of the role.
  • A drive to get things done. As a business we have a lot of opportunities. You’ll do well in this role if you grab some of them.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

What happens next?

Think this sounds like the right next move for you? Or if you’re not completely confident that you fit our exact criteria, apply anyway and we can arrange a call to see if the role is fit for you. Humility is a wonderful thing, and we are interested in hearing about what you can add to Liberis!

Our hybrid approach

Working together in person helps us move faster, collaborate better, and build a great Liberis culture. Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week, but ideally 4 days. At Liberis, we embrace flexibility as a core part of our culture, while also valuing the importance of the time our teams spend together in the office.

Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
