We build long-term strategic partnerships with some of the world’s most influential enterprises to deliver innovative solutions that address evolving fusion of identity and fraud challenges.  We sell to industries with large, consumer-facing businesses such as:  banking, financial services, insurance, fintech, gaming, ecommerce/retail, telco / media, utilities, etc.

The EMEA Partner Manager is responsible for championing Transmit Security with its key strategic alliances and partners.....The role is to manage and grow specific partnerships / alliances to find net new customers while collaborating with our sales organization to execute on each opportunity or partner go-to-market campaign. Your mindset should be passionate, authentic, and hungry, with a natural ability to excite partners to find the best opportunities and help to drive them to a successful conclusion. If you have experience and a passion for fraud prevention and consumer identity and access management  with an interest in how it can facilitate positive change we want to talk with you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term, productive relationships with existing partners, strategically recruit and onboard new partners, and identify growth opportunities that align with both Transmit Security's and the partner’s objectives. .
  • Develop and execute strategic partner plans that align partner capabilities with Transmit Security’s goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion 
  • Build partner plan mapping of partner strengths to accounts and target clients.
  • Proactively communicate with business leaders on channel pipeline and forecast.
  • Strategically expand the reseller ecosystem, identifying high-value partners and developing a collaborative approach to mutual growth 
  • Manage and grow the integrator ecosystem: local boutique firms and system integrators
  • Formalize strategic partnership and execute alliance agreements
  • Lead strategic enablement initiatives, empowering partners with the knowledge and tools to drive mutual success and deepen relationships. 
  • Partner knowledge: Working with partners/SI’s to sell with/sell through the solution
  • Travel, as required, to partners, prospects, customers or marketing events (40-50% travel).

Required:

  • Strong relationships with key resellers and system integrators
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives in partner organizations, leading the development of joint business strategies and unlocking new market opportunities. 
  • 5+ years experience in SaaS software sales 
  • Experience following Sales methodologies (Meddpicc/Meddicc)
  • Drive strategic outcomes through accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of mutually set goals, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. 
  • Identifies and allocates appropriate resources to opportunities
  • Leverages partner ecosystems to architect go-to-market strategies and unlock new business opportunities. 
  • Works collaboratively to acquire additional/specialist resources, including sales, legal, finance and marketing
  • Results-oriented with multiple years meeting or exceeding quota 
  • Strong technical background
  • Proven track record in building strategic, influential relationships with key resellers and system integrators, fostering trust and long-term value 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • A passion for security work
  • Bachelors Degree
