Job Summary:

The role is responsible for supporting new sales partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) by fostering their understanding of the Shift4 Payments value proposition. A key focus will be assisting ISV partners with integrated opportunities, guiding them successfully through the entire sales process from end-to-end. This involves introducing partners to the tools, resources, products, and services they need to secure merchants in their target regions, and helping them become proficient with the relevant engagement platforms. Finally, the role requires coordinating with internal teams and systems to efficiently manage queries and escalations from sales partners, ensuring all issues are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with partners to set the tone and expectations of their journey with Shift4
  • Assist in the onboarding of integrated merchants and communicate effectively throughout the full sales process.
  • Manage partner email inquiries and inbound calls, delivering timely guidance and comprehensive support
  • Support a pipeline of partners in multiple verticals with queries, ensuring we are partner-centric whilst having a strong understanding of navigating internal processes
  • Ensure prompt and efficient updates are communicated to the partner and all actions captured in the CRM

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of payments experience is desired or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of company CRMs and resolution processes 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Location: CIP Office, The Old Granary, Manor Farm, Aylesby, Grimsby, DN37 7AW, England.

Work Model: This is a hybrid role with an expectation to work from the office 4 days per week.
