As a Partner Development Manager (PDM) – MarTech_AdTech, you will be responsible for driving Snowflake’s growth within the Marketing Technology (MarTech) ecosystem (ISVs, OEMs, Data). You will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with leading MarTech_AdTech providers, enabling them to build, integrate, and scale their solutions on Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud. Your goal is to accelerate partner adoption, co-develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and unlock new revenue opportunities for both Snowflake and the partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy & Development: Identify and recruit high-value MarTech partners, helping them build and optimize their solutions on Snowflake.

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint GTM initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, sales plays, and industry events.

  • Revenue & Adoption Growth: Drive partner-led customer acquisition and win strategic use cases ensuring that MarTech solutions on Snowflake lead to increased adoption and customer value.

  • Technical & Business Alignment: Work closely with Snowflake’s Industry Teams and Partner Solution Engineers to ensure MarTech partners can successfully integrate and differentiate their offerings using Snowflake’s capabilities.

  • Industry Engagement: Stay ahead of MarTech trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to position Snowflake as a leading data platform for the industry.

  • Pipeline & Performance Management: Track and report on partner engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution, ensuring accountability and impact.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or ecosystem growth within the MarTech, AdTech, or SaaS industry.

  • Strong understanding of the MarTech landscape, including data-driven marketing, customer data platforms (CDPs), analytics, AI-driven personalization, and privacy regulations.

  • Proven ability to build and manage partnerships that drive business outcomes.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for data, analytics, and cloud technology.
