The Role:

As the Global Partner Development Manager GSIs (Global Systems Integrators) with Logitech for Business, you will be responsible for building and executing Logitech’s strategy to engage and grow relationships with key GSIs across Europe. This role is critical in driving Logitech’s B2B growth by leveraging the unique strengths and reach of these strategic partners. As a trusted leader, you will develop deep partnerships, align joint business objectives, and grow Logitech’s presence in enterprise and collaboration solutions through the GSI ecosystem.

Based in London, you will act as the primary interface between Logitech’s European teams and the GSI partner community, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and success across markets. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for achieving revenue goals, increasing Logitech’s market share, and expanding the adoption of Logitech solutions through these influential global alliances. You’ll be responsible for all operational aspects of managing the GSI’s including Partner Connect adherence.

Reporting to the Head of Channel and Alliances Europe, you will work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams while also engaging with senior leadership at target GSIs to ensure shared success.

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Planning

  • Define, develop, and implement a comprehensive channel strategy focused on European GSIs, aligning with Logitech’s long-term business objectives.

  • Negotiate and establish joint business plans with key GSI partners, ensuring alignment on revenue goals and execution strategies.

  • Identify new opportunities to expand Logitech’s footprint within the GSI ecosystem, leveraging their global reach to drive market share gains.

2. Partner Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with European GSI partners to ensure alignment, trust, and mutual success.

  • Act as Logitech’s main point of contact for channel development initiatives with GSIs, fostering alignment across joint service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

  • Position Logitech as the vendor of choice for enterprise collaboration and IT solutions, helping GSIs serve mutual customers with innovative offerings.

3. Revenue Growth & Channel Optimization

  • Ensure the achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share goals through effective collaboration with strategic GSI partners.

  • Provide ongoing analysis of GSI performance, identifying and addressing gaps or opportunities for improving results.

  • Deliver accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting to the Logitech for Business leadership team on all GSI-driven initiatives.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely across sales, technical teams, marketing, and operations to align internal resources with GSI partner needs and objectives.

  • Collaborate with other regional and functional leaders to share best practices and identify joint opportunities on a pan-European scale.

  • Represent Logitech at regional events, partner councils, and strategic advisory sessions to build awareness and strengthen partnerships.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Extensive experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development with a strong focus on GSIs or global alliances.

  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic initiatives with global or regional systems integrators.

  • Strong understanding of the IT or collaboration solutions industry, including enterprise hardware and SaaS models.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships across senior levels of management.

  • Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering on revenue goals and growing market share.

  • Fluent in English (required); proficiency in French or other European languages is highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role working with GSIs or other regional/global partnerships.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex business solutions clearly.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to market shifts.

  • Familiarity with collaboration tools and technology ecosystems used in enterprise solutions.
