As a Partner Development Manager (PDM) – Financial Services (FinServ), you will be responsible for driving Snowflake’s growth within the financial services ecosystem. You will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with leading FinServ technology providers, fintech companies and data providers.  Your role will focus on accelerating partner adoption, co-developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and unlocking new revenue opportunities for both Snowflake and our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy & Development: Identify, recruit, and nurture high-value FinServ partners, enabling them to build and optimize their solutions on Snowflake.

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Collaborate with sales, industry, marketing, and product teams to develop joint GTM initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and industry events.

  • Revenue & Adoption Growth: Drive partner-led customer acquisition, ensuring that FinServ solutions built on Snowflake contribute to increased adoption through use case wins and increase customer value.

  • Technical & Business Alignment: Work closely with Snowflake’s Industry Teams and  Partner Solution Engineers to ensure seamless integration and differentiation of partner offerings within the Snowflake ecosystem.

  • Industry Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of financial services trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to position Snowflake as the premier data and AI platform for the industry.

  • Pipeline & Performance Management: Track and report on partner engagement, deal pipeline growth, and revenue contribution to ensure accountability and business impact.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or ecosystem growth within the financial services, fintech, or SaaS industry.

  • Strong understanding of the FinServ landscape, including banking, capital markets, insurance, payments, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships that drive business outcomes.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for data, analytics, and cloud technology.
