The role

The Partner Acquisition Lead for the UK & Ireland will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision to identify, cultivate, and win new partnerships that drive growth and enhance market presence. This proactive leader will shape the UKI Partner Acquisition Strategy to support a Sales-led approach while managing and nurturing a small team. The role involves balancing the acquisition of high-volume, good-fit partners with larger strategic targets, fostering collaboration with global leads, creating a playbook for partner acquisition, and supporting Enterprise partners. As a key leader within the UKI Group, this individual will work closely with the sales organization to facilitate the acquisition of new partners and streamline the transition between acquisition and management.
