Are you a channel sales professional who thrives on building strategic partnerships and driving indirect revenue growth?
Do you enjoy developing partner ecosystems, aligning go-to-market strategies, and delivering measurable commercial impact?

We are looking for a Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our EMEA Sales organisation. In this high-impact role, you will identify, recruit, enable and manage a regional partner ecosystem, driving both recurring and new business revenue through structured collaboration and co-selling.

The Impact You’ll Make

As a Partner Account Manager, you will:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners across your region
  • Recruit, enable and develop new high-potential partners
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue (100%+ quota achievement expected)
  • Build rolling 12-month pipeline coverage of 3x for new business
  • Maintain forecast accuracy above 90%
  • Deliver structured quarterly business reviews and annual partner business plans

You will play a pivotal role in expanding Minitab’s presence through system integrators, technology providers, consultants, OEMs, distributors and value-added resellers. Your success will directly influence regional growth and long-term market expansion.

What You’ll Be DoingTerritory & Partner Ecosystem Management
  • Develop deep knowledge of your regional partner landscape, including ownership structures, strategic priorities and competitive positioning
  • Build quantifiable business cases that drive partner investment and long-term commitment
  • Establish annual partner business plans with clear quarterly scorecards
  • Expand Minitab’s footprint within top partner accounts and secure customer references, case studies and event participation
Partner Enablement & Account Management
  • Implement structured end-to-end enablement programs across marketing, sales, deployment and support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day partner management
  • Strengthen executive-level relationships and establish trusted advisor status within key partner accounts
  • Align partners to Minitab’s Customer Engagement Lifecycle and value-based selling approach
  • Maintain >90% renewal success through proactive collaboration
Opportunity Management & Co-Selling
  • Drive structured co-selling motions with direct sales teams, ensuring clear rules of engagement and minimal channel conflict
  • Identify, qualify and support new business opportunities within the partner pipeline
  • Leverage the full Minitab portfolio of solutions and services to increase deal size and broaden adoption
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting
  • Gather and share competitive intelligence to strengthen positioning
Professional Growth
  • Engage fully with sales and partner enablement programs
  • Continuously build expertise in Minitab’s solutions, industries, customers and competitive landscape
  • Develop and execute an individual business plan aligned to performance and career progression
What We’re Looking ForExperience
  • 5+ years of indirect channel or partner business development experience within enterprise software
  • Proven track record of achieving 100%+ revenue and sourced pipeline quotas
  • Experience collaborating with direct sales and services teams to close complex opportunities
  • Multi-channel experience strongly preferred
  • Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics experience is a plus
Skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities across executive, technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Ability to connect technology capabilities to business value
  • Excellent negotiation, orchestration and closing skills
  • Strong planning, time management and forecasting discipline
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills
