Linnworks is in search of a passionate and experienced commercial leader to support our EMEA partner strategy and lead key partner engagement and initiatives. As Partner Account Manager EMEA, you'll play a pivotal role in driving key partner relationships to support new business in the region for Linnworks and support customer experience and adoption goals.
Reporting directly to our VP Global Partnerships and as part of our partner team based across the US and UK, this crossfunctional role will be expected to build strong relationships with a broad array of internal teams across marketing, sales, product, and customer experience. Travel to partner meetings and events will be expected.
Responsibilities.
As Partnership Account Manager your main responsibilities will include;`
- Build and manage relationships with commercial partners in EMEA with a specific focus on agencies and consultancies
- Identify, recruit and onboard leading players in the EMEA ecosystem that fit with Linnworks market position and growth ambition to forge alliances that drives revenue through new MRR
- Identify, engage, negotiate, and close partnership agreements with new partners
- Liaise closely with colleagues in the sales team to ensure that partner leads are managed efficiently and convert as effectively and as possible, ensuring partners are kept up to date on status
- Work with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, customer success and product to develop and execute go-to market strategies and campaigns
- Be seen as a credible and trusted adviser to all partner and customer stakeholders, fostering positive working relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes and use this knowledge to inform partner strategies
- Create and implement revenue centric sales propositions, promotions, product propositioning and partner programs
- Provide weekly updates to the partner team on partner activities, performance and revenue contribution
- Educate partners on new product functionality to ensure they have the most recent product knowledge to aid referrals
- Lead initiatives that will generate opportunities for our partners from within the existing Linnworks customer base
- Monitor and analyse partnership performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise partner activities
What you’ll bring to the role.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development or a related commercial field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and bring value to mutual customers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and the ecosystem
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute plans to achieve business objectives
- The ability to work with a wide range of business sizes and stakeholders including C suite to drive commercial performance
- Excellent presentation skills, business acumen, and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter mentality, with excellent time management skills and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, sales and marketing skills
