About Hightouch

Hightouch’s mission is to empower everyone to take action on their data.  We’ve pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), which helps companies use their own data warehouse to collect, prepare, and activate customer data for marketing personalization and business operations. Traditionally, acting on data has required engineering time and bandwidth, and left most business users stuck with charts and reports that are unable to take automated action on their data. With Hightouch, every business user, without writing any code, can activate data to streamline critical processes, improve marketing performance, and scale operations.

Our team operates with a focus on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We believe in approaching challenges with a first principles thinking mindset, moving quickly and embracing our value of efficient execution, and treating each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members that are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.

Hundreds of companies use Hightouch, including Spotify, Ramp, Retool, NBA, Plaid, and Betterment. We’re based in San Francisco, are remote-friendly, and backed by leading investors such as Amplify Partners, ICONIQ Growth, Bain Capital Ventures, Y-Combinator, and Afore Capital.

About the Role

Hightouch is looking for a Partner Account Manager to develop and grow relationships with strategic consulting and SI partners. This position will focus on sourcing pipeline and closing revenue, working in lockstep with our EMEA Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams on partner-influenced opportunities.

As Partner Account Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the best data and martech consultants in the world and create a meaningful impact on our rapidly growing business and our customers’ businesses.

This position will have a high degree of autonomy and accountability and will play a central role in the growth and long-term success of Hightouch.

What you'll do

  • Manage a strategic book of partners to drive new business and expansion pipeline
  • Advocate for our partners internally, guide our partnership strategy as we grow, and increase our alignment with SI partners in deals
  • Be a strategic partner to our AEs, helping with SI alignment, deal strategy, and implementation planning and execution
  • Develop new materials and processes to ensure partner success and encourage deal flow
  • Work with the Hightouch marketing team on partner co-marketing projects (e.g. content, events, conferences)

About You

  • 4+ years in a similar quota-carrying role
  • Prior experience managing relationships with regional SIs and boutique consulting firms; understanding of partner organizational structure, business model, and motivations in partnership (you can find examples of our partners in our directory: https://hightouch.com/solutions-partners/directory)
  • Willingness to work with partners across North America and EMEA
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and develop creative strategies to solve complex problems
  • Motivated self-starter that enjoys working in high-growth scale-up environments

Nice to have

    • Prior experience with marketing technology, customer data, and/or analytics
    • Existing relationships with good-fit partners for Hightouch

The salary range for this position is 160,000-190,000 on target earning, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window
