  • Entity Management: Manage the lifecycle of company entities, from incorporation to dissolution; maintain corporate registers and ensure updates for Directors & Officers.

  • Compliance Filings: Oversee timely completion of filings with external service providers and manage business registrations and annual returns.

  • Global Licensure: Manage global licensure requirements for contractors and architects, ensuring seamless compliance across borders.

  • Operational Legal Support: Handle Delegation of Authority updates, and assist with notarization and Apostille requests.

  • Training & Policy: Coordinate the annual training cycle with People & Culture; manage global policy updates, implementation, and communication.

  • Bids & RFPs: Support responses to project proposals, RFPs, and client-facing legal inquiries.

  • Risk & Insurance: Assist with global insurance management, driving the renewal process, supporting claims, and maintaining risk registers.

  • Strategic Resilience: Manage vendor risk reviews and contribute to Crisis Management and Business Continuity planning.

How we’ll measure it:
  • Efficiency: Delivery of streamlined solutions for legal, compliance, and risk-related issues.

  • Evolution: Continuous improvement of processes, tools, and systems to ensure global scalability.

  • Partnership: Proactive collaboration with key stakeholders and the provision of reliable support across the business.

  • Alignment: Contribution to a dynamic and inclusive environment that facilitates business growth.

Your experience & skills:
  • Legal, business, or related qualification, with at least 3 years of experience in a professional services setting (legal, accounting, audit, etc.).

  • Multijurisdictional experience is highly valued.

  • We are open to candidates with diverse backgrounds and a passion for transitioning into the legal and risk field.

  • Proven ability to implement change strategies and manage complex structures with multiple stakeholders.
