12-month rolling contract
In this role your responsibilities may include:
We are looking for someone to support our Structured Finance practice group, with a view to becoming embedded within the team. If they also have Debt (or Equity) Capital Markets experience, that is a plus.
This contract would be with a view to it being extended on a rolling basis.
At least one year’s experience in a Paralegal or Support Lawyer role. A foreign-qualified lawyer with 1-2 years practising experience who is looking for UK experience as a Support Lawyer would be the ideal candidate.
Hybrid working with 50% minimum office attendance.
Capital Markets transactional experience – Structured Finance experience strongly preferred. Debt (or Equity) Capital Markets is also a big plus.
Must present very well and be able to deal with senior stakeholders, highly diligent.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
