The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organised Retail Sales Coordinator to join our UK retail store as a Panastore Assistant in Greenford, London.

This full-time position offers a variety of exciting challenges, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our store runs smoothly with excellent customer service.

The Panastore hours are Monday to Friday only, with your weekends and evenings being OFF!
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage multiple customer accounts, handling features, promotions, online orders, walk-in traffic, and phone inquiries.
  • Generate quotes, negotiate pricing, process orders, manage stock pulls and deliveries, and ensure backorders are handled promptly.
  • Complete invoices, ensure accurate payments are received, and manage purchase orders for the accounting team.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels, place orders with suppliers, verify deliveries, and manage inventory records.
  • Keep our shop floor presentable, organized, and well-stocked.
  • As you gain experience, you'll assist our Panastore Manager with training new staff and take on additional projects.
