Position Overview

The firm is seeking an organized, collaborative and creative Channel Marketing Analyst to help develop and implement successful marketing plans and events across Pan-European regions. The role will sit within the EMEA Channel Marketing team but will involve close collaboration with members of the Central Events, Digital, Content, and Product teams. The role will split between working on EMEA-wide campaigns (50%) and supporting on events in specific EN regions (50%). The position will be based in London and report to the Lead Channel Marketing for UK, MEA, Benelux and Nordics.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with channel managers on broad EMEA campaign plans, leveraging all marketing platforms including paid media, content, digital and multimedia to achieve measurable business objectives that are in line with business and firm strategic objectives

  • Support the channel team on delivering best in class event experiences – from briefing including contracts and internal approvals through to delivery. In addition, assist the events team in the execution of EMEA wide, flagship events

  • Champion digital marketing strategies to drive targeted communication programs within the regions, ensuring appropriate tracking on all communications and a ‘test and learn’ approach to ensure we continue to evolve what we produce

  • Coordinate with our media and production agencies to ensure successful delivery of regional campaigns

  • Support the EMEA product and content managers to amplify regionally relevant assets for distribution to our clients

  • Work with data analytics and metrics team to compile, analyse and present metrics reports and suggest on how to move forward based on these metrics

  • Coordinate with compliance to ensure all materials produced are in line with regulations

Required Experience

  • Approx. 1-3 years industry experience in intermediary or institutional marketing in the asset management industry

  • Best in class project or event management skills

  • Good digital marketing skill set, ability to understand and segment data for measurement purposes

  • Strategic and analytical thinker able to provide creative and practical solutions

  • Excellent time-management, multi-tasking and organisational skills

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills including dealing with client facing teams and business leaders
