About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CyberArk PAM Consultant to join our growing IAM consultancy team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk Core PAM. You will work directly with clients to assess requirements, develop secure architectures, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable PAM environments tailored to compliance and business needs.

Location: Remote - must be located in the UK

 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end CyberArk PAM solutions for clients, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and handover.
• Define privileged access policies, controls, and workflows with client stakeholders across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Integrate CyberArk with enterprise tools such as AD/LDAP, ticketing systems, SIEMs, and ITSM platforms.
• Manage secrets with CyberArk Conjur by designing and implementing secure solutions for application secrets, API keys, and credentials.
• Troubleshoot CyberArk-related issues and provide expert support on vaulting, session management, and threat analytics.
• Collaborate on pre-sales and scoping activities by contributing to PoCs and estimations.
• Stay up to date on CyberArk features, PAM trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Core PAM, including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA.
• Solid understanding of Privileged Access Management principles and security frameworks.
• Proven experience in Secrets Management using CyberArk Conjur (e.g. integration with automation platforms such as CI/CD and DevOps pipelines).
• Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and system integration.
• CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) ideally, minimum CyberArk Defender/Sentry certified.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
• Ability to independently lead delivery projects or operate as part of a collaborative team.

Implementation and Project Delivery Experience:

• End-to-end delivery of PAM solutions across hybrid environments (on-premises, cloud, and multi-cloud).
• Technical workshop facilitation and architecture definition for enterprise clients.
• Development of documentation including HLDs, LLDs, and operational runbooks.
• Understanding of project delivery in ITIL, Agile, or DevOps-oriented environments.

Nice to Have / Will Learn on the Job:

• Experience with One Identity Safeguard (ideal for cross-platform migration projects).
• Networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, DNS, proxies, segmentation) to support secure PAM deployment.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR.
• Experience with Certificate Management using Venafi is a plus.
