As the Paid Social Senior Specialist you will own the following responsibilities:Client Communication: Communicate with clients whether through email or via the phone with minimal oversight to cultivate a strong working relationship.
Account Ownership: Accountability and ownership of multiple paid social client relationships with limited supervision. Responsible for end-to-end program strategy, execution, and reporting.
Media Strategy: Own paid social strategy (full-funnel, which platforms to use when, attribution, measurement, creative, etc) in collaboration with the rest of the team
Task Prioritization and Performance Tracking: Effectively prioritizes efforts to focus on delivering on the most important things. Tracks and reports on campaign results, and data analysis and participate in or lead weekly client calls.
Industry Expertise: Proactively educates oneself on industry findings and effectively mentors junior team members via training and delegation.
3.5+ years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
Confidence in media planning across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and Pinterest
Preferred: familiarity with LinkedIn and X
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting campaign data and deriving actionable insights to improve performance.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in social media platforms and algorithms.
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and spreadsheet software.
