This will involve collaboration with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to support company goals and objectives.

This role is open to candidates based in Ireland or London.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of ad operations experience (LinkedIn and Meta). Experience with other channels like Reddit, YouTube and TikTok is a bonus.

  • Experience in B2B in-house or strong acumen working with B2B companies in an agency.

  • Experience driving pipeline and revenue results through paid acquisition.

  • Experience in developing captivating content ideas and messaging for use across performance channels.

  • Understand there won't always be a “how to do your job” playbook waiting for you.

  • Have written English fluency and has experience writing ad copy (doesn’t need to be a copywriter).

  • Can give examples of times they’ve gone the extra mile to hit goals or targets.

  • Have a real interest in social media, digital marketing, tech, and startups.
