About the Role:

Based off Charing Cross Road (hybrid working), OMD EMEA are currently recruiting for a talented Creator Marketing Director to work on creator marketing for one of the most extraordinary, innovative and powerful brands in the world. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leading point of contact for all EMEA creator activity for some of the biggest campaigns in media.

We are seeking an experienced senior social expert with a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem across paid, owned, and earned. As our Creator Marketing Director, you will bring both a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, guiding brands to show up authentically and effectively on major social platforms. Your expertise in project management and your strong, informed perspective on social best practices will be essential to success in this role.

In return, you will have the unique opportunity to redefine social communications and drive innovation, playing a key role in shaping the creator marketing approach. You’ll also work alongside an award-winning, cross-channel media team, crafting breakthrough brand stories that set the industry standard.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead the creator marketing strategy and oversee end-to-end execution across multiple business lines.
  • Manage the creator strategy across paid, owned and earned.
  • Contribute to content production and creator relationship management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all creator marketing inquiries, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Align paid social media and creator marketing strategies with cross-media plans, collaborating closely with planning, comms, and activation teams.
  • Develop and manage strong client and internal relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.
  • Oversee and implement processes, methodologies, best practices, and frameworks for creator marketing.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive strategy, identify new opportunities and define platform best practice.
  • Champion creator integration and innovation, fostering a culture of creativity and forward-thinking solutions.
  • Leverage global upfront commitment deals and associated value-adds to maximise the impact of creator marketing and deliver measurable value to clients.
  • Manage and continuously improve cross-functional reporting and measurement for creator marketing initiatives.
  • Work in partnership with the global team based in Los Angeles and OMC Creator Services to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead the upskilling of agency teams in creator marketing.

About You:

  • Define and evolve the social strategy for creator-led content across platform ecosystems.
  • Design audience-based approaches that optimise creator content for awareness, consideration and conversion.
  • Build activation plans.
  • Translate comms strategies into creator campaigns across media partners.
  • Keep a pulse on creator-led trends and platform product updates; recommend opportunities for testing, innovating and improving.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between planning, creative, comms, and the paid social team to ensure creator strategies are integrated into campaign ecosystem and executions are delivered flawlessly.
  • Educate internal teams, clients and creators on paid best practices, creative requirements and measurement expectations to maximise campaign value.
  • Work and manage the relationship with Creo and client creator specialists.
  • Coordinate media elements of briefing and approval processes for creators, the creative agency and creator agency and advise on how creative outputs must meet both brand safety and ad platform policy requirements.
  • Lead day‑to‑day implementation of creator activations with the paid social team, ensuring correct setup, targeting and creative delivery.
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for creator-paid programs and ensure robust tagging and analytics.
  • Own testing cadence and results tracking; iterate on creative, audience and bid strategies based on performance data and causal insights.
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing guidance for creator-driven paid activity; identify efficiency and scale opportunities.
  • Produce clear, actionable reporting and post-campaign analyses that translate learnings into playbooks for future creator activations.

Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.

We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.
