Join us as our next Paid Social Marketing Manager! Are you a digital native with a passion for crafting impactful social media campaigns that drive real-world results? In this global role, you’ll bring the shopper journey to life across paid social and proximity channels, boosting brand awareness, footfall, and sales for LEGO® Retail. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy, managing media agencies and collaborating with teams across the business to champion digital innovation and shopper-first thinking. We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive commercially focused global paid social campaign development and execution.

  • Support deployment and optimisation of paid media with the Senior Digital Manager.

  • Manage media agency to ensure smooth execution of paid social campaigns.

  • Oversee creative feedback process for efficient, high-quality campaign delivery.

  • Expand hyper-local marketing to boost traffic to stores and LEGO.com.

  • Lead implementation of social tools and product feeds, ensuring top-tier execution and performance tracking.

  • Contribute to building digital expertise within the team.

Do you have what it takes.

  • Expertise in Paid Social – Proven hands-on experience in paid media with deep knowledge of paid social strategy, campaign execution, and measurement as well as feed management.

  • Agency & Vendor Management – Skilled in managing external media agencies, vendors, and budgets to drive performance.

  • Platform & Tool Proficiency – Strong understanding of social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit), product feeds, and analytics tools.

  • Strategic & Shopper-First Thinking – Ability to connect digital KPIs to business goals with a creative, shopper-centric mindset.

  • Strong Communication – Excellent presentation, collaboration, and cross-functional team skills, with a track record of process improvement and innovation.

Play your part in our team succeeding

This role sits in LEGO Retail’s Global Retail Marketing team which is responsible for leading the global marketing campaigns and driving the marketing efficiency agenda. It works closely with the rest of the Retail Experience & Marketing team and with stakeholders across the rest of the organisation, including Markets & Channels Marketing and Product Marketing Development.

The successful candidate will join a team of 15 marketeers who sit across multiple locations globally including Billund, London and Boston.
