Function: PPC Google Ads | Acquisition Strategy | eCommerce Performance

Responsibility: Own and execute paid search strategies that drive profitable growth for D2C brands

Reports to:         Senior Paid Search Manager

Location:         Remote-first (UK-based), with optional access to a Leeds office

Compensation:  £35,000 - £38,000 DOE

Why Us?

Want to take ownership of Google Ads strategy for high-growth D2C brands spending thousands per day? At Launch With Us, we manage millions in ad spend and help eCommerce clients cut through the noise to scale profitably.

As a Paid Search Manager, you'll lead Google Ads execution across a range of exciting brands. You’ll manage large budgets, work directly with clients, and use top-tier tools to drive measurable performance. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role for someone who wants responsibility and results—without the corporate bloat.

Background

Launch With Us is one of the UK’s fastest-growing performance marketing agencies. Since 2021, we’ve helped D2C brands like Khanum’s, Lucy & Lola, Bubble Panda, and DJK achieve standout results through paid media and creative that converts.

We're now expanding our Paid Search team and looking for a sharp, proactive manager to take charge of client performance. You’ll build, scale, and optimise high-budget campaigns and work directly with senior leadership to improve results, processes, and strategy.

Using tools like Triple Whale, GA4, and Shopify, you’ll own every element of your campaigns—from account setup to performance reporting—ensuring we hit KPIs like CAC, NC-ROAS, and eROAS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of Google Ads accounts for a portfolio of D2C eCommerce clients
  • Build and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube
  • Allocate budgets and adjust bids in real-time to improve ROAS and acquisition efficiency
  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement testing strategies to improve outcomes
  • Own client communication—providing insights, updates, and strategy recommendations via Slack and video calls
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Triple Whale, and Shopify to guide data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve creative, landing pages, and conversion flows
  • Support training of junior media buyers and contribute to ongoing process improvements
  • Stay ahead of Google platform changes and paid search best practices
Requirements
  • We’re looking for a commercially sharp marketer with a strong background in eCommerce PPC:
  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally within an agency or high-growth eCom brand
  • Experience managing large budgets and optimising campaigns toward ROAS and CAC goals
  • Familiarity with Shopify, product feeds, and eCommerce funnels
  • Proficient in using tools like GA4, Triple Whale, and keyword research platforms
  • Clear communicator with client-facing experience
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organised
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
  • You take ownership of your outcomes—no micromanagement needed
  • You’re proactive and performance-driven, always looking to improve results
  • You enjoy working directly with clients and delivering clear, strategic insights
  • You’re constantly learning and testing new ideas to stay ahead of the curve
  • You’re collaborative and contribute positively to team culture
  • You’re passionate about growing brands through data-driven marketing
Benefits
    • Join a high-performance team focused on scaling D2C brands
    • Ownership, autonomy, and clear progression opportunities
    • Remote-first work with optional office space in Leeds
    • Work abroad for up to 30 days per year (T&Cs apply)
    • Extra holiday – take your birthday off, on us
    • Structured 6- and 12-month progression plans toward senior roles
    • Monthly team incentives and Kudos reward scheme (Amazon, Just Eat, Deliveroo, etc.)
    • Annual salary reviews based on performance
    • Company pension scheme
    • Christmas bonus based on tenure and contribution
Progression Path

This role is designed to grow into a Senior Paid Search Manager within 6–12 months, depending on performance. You’ll have opportunities to take on higher-budget accounts, own strategy across multiple brands, and potentially mentor junior team members.

Launch With Us is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, where all of our employees have equal access to opportunities and everyone’s voices are heard. We respect and value all differences (seen and unseen) and strongly encourage applications from all backgrounds, which will be considered regardless of race, colour, religion or belief, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, pregnancy and maternity, disability, or age.
