This is an exciting opportunity for a Paid Search Manager to join us in on our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. This role is responsible for devising and implementing strategy for our Paid Search campaigns across UK + IE & managing multi-million-pound advertising budget

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise & drive forward the Paid Search strategy & roadmap to help the business hit revenue targets, with a  focus on driving customer acquisition and brand resonance
  • Manage Paid Search spend & drive efficiency to reduce our CPA/CAC while managing a flexible spend model based on customer contribution and LTV
  • Lead the design and execution of A/B & broader testing initiatives within Paid Search
  • Collaborate with eCommerce teams to align on broader search & SEO strategies, ensuring seamless integration across digital marketing efforts
  • Leverage Search data to identify emerging consumer trends, preferences, and behaviour patterns in the UK & IE activewear market
  • Provide actionable insights to the wider marketing, E-commerce and product teams regarding product resonance for different consumer segments
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep campaigns relevant and adaptive
  • Test into new technologies, tools and betas
  • Keep the team & business ahead of industry updates in the Search space.
  • Work closely with Product Owners for data & privacy solutions impacting Search.

Required Skills:

  • Paid Search specialist with expert knowledge with Search & Shopping, ideally with 4+ years’ experience leading Paid Search strategy either agency side or in-house
  • Analytical thinker – excellent numerical, financial, and analytical skills - an Excel expert coupled with excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to interpret consumer behaviour and translate data into actionable insights that shape marketing strategies
  • Expert understanding of Google Analytics required
  • Experience managing large budgets and building and implementing bespoke strategies within a fast-moving retail environment
  • Experience of managing large scale projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
