The Role  

We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. You will be a key member of the digital department, taking ownership of our Paid Media Activity to support online growth, customer insight, customer retention and rapid expansion. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work and have a huge impact in helping to grow an already successful brand within the Beauty space. 

Responsibilities  

  • Set up, manage and optimise paid search, display and paid social campaigns - primarily Google Ads, META and TikTok. 
  • Daily campaign management with team across all platforms globally. 
  • Identify & help explore opportunities for improvement to selling channels, e.g. where existing website user journeys may be detrimental to paid performance. 
  • Carry out keyword and audience research to continuously improve overall performance of campaigns. 
  • Delivery efficient cost-effective campaigns, whilst constantly improve and maintaining all paid channels. 
  • Product regular reports and turning data into actionable insights. 
  • React to any updates and new features to create new opportunities for the brand. 
  • Develop proposals and forecasts in line with the overall business trade plans. 

Accountability 

  • Budgetary management. 
  • Achieving outset KPI targets including 
    • Customer recruitment (new & returning). 
    • ROI 
    • Revenue 

Skills  

  • 3+ years' experience within paid media (search and social)
  • Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager & TikTok ads manager competent. 
  • Beauty enthusiast. 
  • Advanced excel skills.
